Pebblebrook at Park Springs

Pebblebrook at Park Springs is a skilled nursing facility located in Stone Mountain, GA.  This community has 18 rehab units with a physical therapy facility, 36 long term care private units and 36 assisted living units. Some of the amenities include a lobby cafe, private dining rooms, computer room, community hall, game room and beauty salon.
