PACE FACILITY

This new 20,000-square-foot PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) facility is designed to help older adults maintain their independence while receiving comprehensive healthcare and support services. The facility is designed to support the PACE model of care, which enables eligible seniors to remain safely in their own homes rather than transitioning to nursing homes. By bringing medical care, rehabilitation, wellness programs, and social engagement together under one roof. The building will feature spaces for adult day health care, primary care clinics, physical and occupational therapy, nutritious meal services, social and recreational activities, and a variety of support programs tailored to the needs of older adults.
