It features two approximately 1,600-square-foot duplex units, each offering four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, open living area, and dedicated laundry room. A detached carriage house complements the development with a single-car garage on the main level and a one-bedroom apartment above, complete with a bathroom and kitchenette.
