This was a new construction residential project located in Smyrna, GA.  The basement level has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dining area, living area and storage space. The first level has a two car garage, mudroom, kitchen with a butler's pantry, dining room, living room, office, sunroom, powder room and covered porch.  The second level has the master bedroom and master bathroom with his and hers closets plus an additional three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a media room.
