This project is a new construction residence located in Smyrna, GA.  The main level of the house includes a master bedroom and bathroom, family room, living room, dining room, kitchen with a butler's pantry, powder room, mudroom with laundry, covered porch and a two car garage with storage space.  The second level includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room and a playroom.  The basement level includes a lounge area, fitness area, bathroom and storage area.
